Metaflux ICECRACK ALU loosening Spray is a high-performance penetrating and releasing spray formulated with silvered aluminium particles. It combines an extreme freezing effect with excellent capillary action to quickly loosen seized assemblies without damaging components. The rapid cooling effect, reaching temperatures down to –40°C, causes extreme contraction of the metal, allowing the active substances to penetrate deeply into rust, corrosion, and other deposits. A thin lubricating film is created, facilitating the loosening of screws, bolts, and mechanical assemblies while providing long-lasting corrosion protection. After application, a silver-colored protective layer remains on the treated surface, ensuring durable lubrication and effective protection against corrosion. The product is hydrophobic, grease-free, and silicone-free, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and maintenance applications.
