Anti-corrosion protection with permanent isolation of metal surfaces

Metaflux Rustsafe Gray 7044 is a product that provides efficient anti-corrosion protection by creating a permanent isolating barrier on metallic surfaces, whether they are rusty or clean. It acts as a primary anti-corrosion coating on clean metal and as a secondary protection layer on rust, even when the corrosion is advanced, by forming an insulating film that is completely impermeable to air and water. Its performance has been validated through corrosion resistance tests carried out according to DIN 53210 and DIN 53209, including salt spray exposure at 150, 300, 450 and 600 hours with applied film thicknesses of 35, 58 and 70 μm.

  • Excellent adhesion even on rust
  • Fast drying, dust-free after 10 minutes at 20°C (depending on film thickness)
  • Excellent weld penetration
  • Resistant to most acids and detergents

  • No chemical reaction after application
  • Good UV resistance and prevents infiltration
  • Temperature resistance: 120°C

Primary rust protection for all metallic surfaces to prevent the formation of rust.
Secondary rust protection for all metallic surfaces that are already affected by rust, forming a water and airproof barrier.
Remove loose rust particles, dirt, oil, grease or wax and simply apply vertically and horizontally to create the best protection barrier.
