Hot-Dip Galvanization and Anti-Corrosion Protection
The Metaflux 70-41 AluZinc Paste is a professional coating designed to protect metal surfaces from corrosion. It combines zinc and aluminum with an epoxy resin to form a bright, durable paste. Its silver-gray finish closely mimics hot-dip galvanized metal. In addition, it adheres to all clean metal surfaces and allows touch-ups on damaged galvanized areas.
This paste dries quickly when exposed to oxygen and does not form any capillary cracks. Moreover, it can be painted at any time. Its excellent conductivity makes it ideal for welding, spot welding, and pinning on thin sheets. For application, it can be sprayed using an airless gun with a #4 or #5 nozzle without requiring dilution.
