70-42 Alu-Zinc Spray Metaflux

• Combines corrosion-proof zinc coating mixed with aluminum for a shiny finish like hot-dip galvanized appearance.
• 400 ml [13.52 fl.oz.] may coat up to 8 m² [86 ft².] according to the layer thickness
• Drying time: 4-6 minutes according to the surface and environmental humidity
• Dry to handle: after 8-12 minutes
• UV-stabilized
• Ignition point: >+100°C [>+212°F]
• SHINY FINISH: hot galvanizing
• Color: silver gray
• Dry film zinc content: 83 % (+/- 1%)
• Zinc purity: 99%
• Temp. resistance: up to +140°C [+284°F]
• Norm compliance: DIN EN ISO 3549:2002

RANGE OF APPLICATION Hot Galvanization

For repairs of damaged galvanized surfaces or scratches during fitting . Excellent for spot welding. Anti-corrosion barrier with high quality shiny appearance for metal constructions such as farm and commercial installations, gutters, fences, truck platforms and trailers, doors, telephone and commercial booths, etc.
N.B. when maximum zinc content vs. aluminum is required, use Metaflux 70-43 Zinc Sheen Spray [high value outdoor coating].
Surface to be coated must be clean (no loose rust, grease, oil, etc.) Apply from 25 cm [10 in.] distance.
