RD-Monoguard
Fast-drying Primer/Finish high-performance anti-corrosion coating with universal adherence. The single-component water-based coating based on a special blend of innovative resins for the protection of metal surfaces, objects, and engineered structures against corrosion and weathering. RD-Monoguard is a DTM (Direct-To-Metal) type of coating that can be applied directly to various types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its special formulation and ingredients offer incredible durability when it comes to protecting steel against corrosion, even without priorly blasting the surface. RD-Monoguard is water-based, easy to handle, safe, and has no fire risks. It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation and increases on-site labor productivity. Virtually odor-free, it does not affect neighboring occupants and can therefore be used in occupied buildings. RD-Monoguard is UV resistant and its film forms a neat and tidy enamel type of finish. RD-Elastometal
High-performance elastomeric coating combining superior anti-corrosion and waterproofing properties. The single-component water-based coating based on special resins for the protection of metal surfaces, objects, and metallic roofs against corrosion and weathering. RD-Elastometal, often considered as a “Direct-To-Rusty-Metal” coating, can be applied directly to rusty surfaces if loose rust has been removed. As a Dry Fall coating, any overspray can easily be removed after spraying. RD-Elastometal is water-based, easy to handle, safe, and has no fire risks. It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation. Virtually odor-free, it does not affect neighboring occupants and can therefore be used in occupied buildings. RD-Elastometal is UV resistant and is meant to be applied as primer and finishing coat. Its permanent 200% elasticity enables it to adhere even on flexible surfaces such as metallic roofs, suspension cables, long beams, etc. Tested to be used in the most severe environments, RD-Elastometal protects millions of square meters of valuable assets worldwide 24/7 including bridges, telecom towers, gantries, tanks, etc. RD-Elastometal is part of the SCS – Single Coating System – product group.
RD-Hydrograff HP
Highly resistant coating specially formulated for the long-term protection of surfaces against wear, abrasion, chemical spills, and weathering. RD-Hydrograff HP is a two-component aliphatic polyurethane topcoat for indoor and outdoor use. After drying, the coating creates a hard flexible, and wear-resistant film that can be used for decorative and protective purposes. It is appropriate for application on various kinds of surfaces including concrete and wooden floors, walls, equipment, etc. It provides very good resistance against humidity and very good outdoor durability. RD-Hydrograff HP is water-based, easy to handle, and has no fire risks. RD-Hydrograff HP is formulated with high-quality raw materials and pigments. It provides high UV resistance, a very good chemical resistance including gasoline, very good resistance against abrasion and solvents, a very high hardness (Taber abrasion: weight loss after 1000 cycles /CS 10 = 0.060 g); while keeping flexibility in its film that will avoid future cracks. It is a good solution to coat indoor or outdoor parking spaces with different colors. RD-Hydrograff HP can provide very high levels of anti-corrosion protection surpassing traditional three-coat systems when combined with RD-Monoguard!

RD-Aquatop PU is a single-component topcoat based on acrylic and polyurethane resins that offers a hard flexible and wear-resistant film that can be used for decorative and protective purposes. RD-Aquatop PU is water-based, easy to handle, safe, and has no fire risks. It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation. Virtually odor-free, it does not affect neighboring occupants and can therefore be used in occupied buildings. RD-Aquatop PU creates a nice and smooth finish. Thanks to its high-quality pigments, it offers very good resistance to humidity and has very good outdoor durability. RD-Aquatop PU has successfully been tested to be used for constructions regulated by the LIVING BUILDING CHALLENGE.
RD-Monofloor PU
Fast-drying floor paint for workshops, technical rooms, and balconies. Single component floor coating based on acrylic and polyurethane resins for the protection of floors against wear and abrasion. RD-Monofloor PU is water-based, easy to handle, safe, and has no fire risks. It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation. Virtually odor-free, it does not affect neighboring occupants and can therefore be used in occupied buildings. RD-Monofloor PU is UV resistant and can therefore be applied outdoor like on balconies. It has a very good resistance against wear and abrasion, however, in the event of more intensive use of the floor by forklifts and trucks, we recommend the use of RD-Hydropox or RD-Hydrograff HP floor coating system.
