Metaflux HT-Lub Lubricant 70-48 is a professional metal-free lubricant designed to prevent seizing and cold welding effects on mechanical components subjected to low-speed friction. It offers excellent resistance to hot and cold water, acids and brines, while providing reliable protection against corrosion, oxidation, wear, and component blocking. This lubricant is particularly well-suited for service and maintenance operations on friction points that require durable and long-lasting protection.

Metaflux HT-Lub 70-48 is recommended for application on threaded shafts, bearings, adjustment mechanisms, and friction points on tools and mechanical equipment. Before application, the surface must be cleaned and degreased. The product should be applied in a thin layer and, if necessary, spread using a brush or a lint-free cloth without rubbing, to ensure uniform distribution and optimal performance.

RANGE OF APPLICATION SPECIAL LUBRICANT WITH ANTICORROSION PROTECTION

Full range of servicing and maintenance tasks on friction points operating at low to medium slide speed, including small and short sliding motions (stick-slip) under high static and dynamic stress to protect against friction, frictional corrosion and wear out. Apply to threaded spindles, bearings, profiled runners, adjustment mechanisms, friction points on tools and mechanical aids or use to assist when fitting linings etc. Clean and degrease the surface. Apply paste thinly and spread by using a brush or a cloth which does not have loose fiber. Do not rub in.
