Metaflux 70-45 Zinc Spray is not a paint but a suspension of metallic pigments in aerosol form designed to provide long-lasting anticorrosion protection on all clean metallic surfaces. It is ideally suited for repairing damaged galvanized coatings in accordance with DIN 50.976 (1980) and also meets ASTM A-780 requirements for galvanization repair. The product complies with EURO DIN ISO 1461 specifications and falls outside any toxicity classification according to OFSP no. 64708 dated 14.11.90. Its high purity zinc formulation ensures stable and reliable cathodic protection in demanding environments.

For best results, the spray should be applied between +5°C and +40°C. Even after extended storage under freezing conditions down to -70°C for approximately three weeks, the product retains its full performance and can be brought back to room temperature without any loss of quality.
